Refund Policy

Workshop Refund Policy

Greater than 60 days: full refund minus $50.00 administration Fee.

45-60 days before: 75% refund

30-45 days before: 50% refund

Less than 30 days: no refund

Refunds will be paid by the same method that the original payment was made and will be initiated within 72 hours of the time that the request is approved.

Cancellations, for any reason, must be in writing (e-mail or regular mail).

It is impossible to predict the weather when arranging for a workshop. A chance of clouds or rain will not necessarily be a cause to cancel the workshop. As photographers we need to embrace the opportunity to photograph when there may be a chance of inclement weather. Often it is as the storm gathers or clears that we get the most striking light, dramatic clouds, or spectacular sunsets.

Participants should arrive at the workshop prepared for all weather conditions and temperatures.

We make NO EXCEPTIONS to our refund policy. Given our limited group size, an empty seat on a workshop represents a significant loss. You may consider protecting yourself by purchasing travel insurance.

Paul D Photography is not responsible for refunding any costs associated with travel, lodging or incidental losses incurred in the event of a workshop cancellation, or if you withdraw from the workshop for any reason. While not required it is recommended you consider purchasing Travel Insurance. World Nomads and Travelguard are two companies that have been recommended to me for travel insurance.
